Property Market

The property market is stable with plenty of growth for your investment. Kommetjie is relatively undiscovered compared to other coastal area’s along the Atlantic sea board. Buying property in Kommetjie has proven to many that the return has been more promising than investing in the stock market. But apart from the excellent profit that one could make in investing in property, most purchasers buy into Kommetjie because of its beauty and tranquillity, and that it offers families an unique quality of life.

This is what one is buying into… and when the time comes for one to sell and move on, it is extremely hard to give it all up… and most don’t!!
